Discounts and deferred payment are possible.
We want to enable everyone, especially families with several children, to join this congress. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us before the congress. We would also be grateful for donations, which we hope to be able to cover as many discounts as possible with.

2. Registration
Haus Nordhelle is at our disposal from May 30, 2 pm. The first officially booked meal will be dinner. Of course afternoon coffee, tea and cake will be available for sale. When registering please fill in your needs regarding food: your first and last meal, if you are fasting and if you would like to book vegetarian food. Haus Nordhelle is well known for it’s good cooking, using some organic and fair-trade products, too. All hot meals are prepared without pork. The meal for the fasting will be provided at 6 p.m. in a specially provided area.

3. Rooms
All rooms have free WiFi. National phone calls to landline numbers are free, too. If you book a shared room and want to share it with a particular person please write down their name. We will try to make it possible.

4. Children / Youth
There are plenty ideas and activities for children and youth. We offer a childcare during Latihan and workshop times.

5. Leisure areas
The house has a beautiful swimming pool (13 x 8 m²) which can be entered with your room key.
There's a daily cleaning time between 8am and 10am. Please note the Nordhelle rule: It is not allowed to swim alone and your kids are only allowed to swim if an adult person is present. There is also the chance to use the house’s skittle alley at any time - in sports shoes of course.

6. What do we need to bring?
Haus Nordhelle has an altitude of 500m on the south-east slope of the ‘Nordhelle hills’ (663m).
Therefore it is possible that it gets cold in the evening – bringing a warm jacket would be a good idea.
Bed sheets and towels will be provided and are included in the price.
It would be wonderful if as many of you as possible would bring your musical instruments and notes, your favorite songs, poems and prose, CDs, DVDs, dancing shoes, badminton rackets, frisbees, picnic sheets and so on!

7. Volunteering
How good this is for every organization team!  ☺
Please show us on the registration form or by telling the organization team directly if and how you would like to help.

8. Pets
Unfortunately Haus Nordhelle does not allow dogs inside the house. They could be kept in the car though and walked outside.

9. Camping
Camping and caravaning is allowed at Haus Nordhelle. Campers will get access to the showers and toilets of the pool area. Electricity or water won't be provided for caravans though.

The nearest official campsite is located about 10km away.
